Occupational Health and Safety Management

The Company established the Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Policy for business operations. These policies include supporting and promoting safety activities at work, improving the workplace environment as well as establishing safe work practices, while also prioritizing the good health and hygiene of all employees.

The Company has appointed a Committee of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment of the Workplace consisting of both executive level representatives and employee representatives. This committee is responsible for overseeing and setting guidelines for safety operations, including following up on operations to ensure they comply with the safety plan for employees and contractors. Ultimately, their goal is to reduce risks that may affect the health and safety of personnel, including setting ambitious safety goals.

In addition, the Company has implemented measures to prevent workplace accidents for both employees and contractors. These measures aim to reduce the risk of workplace accidents. In 2023, the Company provides safety on-site training and activities for employees and contractors, such as Safety Talk, Annual Fire Drill and Evacuation Exercises, Occupational Disease and Environmental Health training, and hearing conservation program.

the Company has established and adheres to a Human Rights Policy that complies with the United Nation Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and relevant labor laws and guidelines, aims to prevent human rights violations across the NRF's business operations and among all stakeholders throughout the value chain. The Company is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) among all employees, fostering a culture of respect for individual differences through DE&I policy. In addition, the Company continuously monitors and assesses its human rights performance through a comprehensive Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) process and Human Rights Risk Assessment (HRRA). This is to ensure the effectiveness of existing prevention, control, and mitigation measures.

Furthermore, the Company supports the employment of people with disabilities, providing them with opportunities to earn income, and achieve self-reliance.
