NRF Achieves the Climate Action Leading Organization (CALO) Award for the Second Consecutive Year, Reinforcing Its Success as a Leader in Sustainable Business Operations.

NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited (NRF), a global leader in the food industry and future food production, has reinforced its success as a leader in sustainable business operations by receiving the Climate Action Leading Organization (CALO) Award 2024 for Excellence for the second consecutive year. Dan Pathomvanich, CEO of NRF, accepted the accolade from Mr. Jatuporn Buruspat, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The ceremony took place at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok.

The CALO Awards 2024 recognized to 91 organizations that have demonstrated leadership in effective greenhouse gas management and a commitment to reducing and offsetting emissions in a tangible way. This year, NRF was recognized with three awards, achieving a gold-level distinction in the categories of Measurement and Reduction and a silver-level recognition in the Contribution category through carbon credit. These awards reflect the organization's environmental management efforts that align with sustainability and social responsibility.

At the event, the Thailand Carbon Neutral Network (TCNN) presented its 2024 achievements and introduced guidelines for Net Zero GHG Emissions, along with new criteria for recognizing leading organizations in greenhouse gas management. This marks another significant step towards supporting the transition to a carbon-neutral future. Additionally, a Business Matching session was held, showcasing funding sources, technologies, and innovations related to climate change to promote collaboration between businesses and various organizations.

Achieving this award is further underscores of NRF’s commitment to being a leader in sustainability. We will continue to move forward to achieve our goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions in the future.
